Tools

CRM, web, and social media analytics

You might already have the tools for market research in front of you, but lack the comfort level to take full advantage. I can help you harvest the data from your CRM software, website, Google Analytics, and social media portfolio to get a better idea of whom you’re reaching – and whom you’re not. With a more comprehensive grasp of your starting point, you can more confidently plan the path to your marketing goals at the finish line.

Website design

With website building experience across multiple CMSs, I can optimize your site to increase traffic, achieve a more positive user experience, and improve conversion rates. This is accomplished through building more intentional website architecture, attention-focusing visual design, and concise, SEO-informed textual copy. Maybe you want to set up an online store? And if you’re interested in search engine marketing to boost your traffic, I can help with that too.

Social media and content schedulers

There’s no “one-size-fits-all” strategy for how an individual, non-profit, or business should use social media. As a social media manager and consultant, I have helped clients build the social media portfolio that best fits them and devise a sustainable strategy for using it that complements their goals. I developed and consulted on strategies, boosted and unboosted, with the main social platforms for business (Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, Youtube and more). I can also recommend and install content schedulers (Hootsuite, DLVRT, etc.) for precision deployment of your content.

Email marketing

Marketing directly to inboxes is a powerful tool. But there are Dos and Don’ts to get the most out of it without turning off your audience. I can help you plan an effective messaging strategy, recommend email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.), custom build attractive email templates within them, massage your marketing copy to draw focus where you want it, and interpret the analytics to refine your strategy and improve our outcomes.

Print advertising

Who says “print is dying”? Sometimes old-fashioned is the best-fashioned. If your audience numbers among the circulation of a newspaper or magazine, a well-placed advertisement can pay off. I can help you decide whether print ads should be part of your overall strategy, pick the right outlets, and design an advertisement optimized for print.

Copywriting

Choose your words wisely. With over a decade of experience writing promotional copy, I can help you refine your message to reach your audience with copy for your website, social media, print and digital advertisements, email marketing, and more.

Graphic design, photo editing & video editing

Once the marketing strategy has been planned, I can build the assets to implement it with popular and industry-leading software (Canva, Adobe suite). Logos, graphics for websites, posters, social media posts, and promotional videos shorts to advertise your brand, product, or service.

Event planning

Once the marketing strategy has been planned, I can build the assets to implement it with popular and industry-leading software (Canva, Adobe suite). Logos, graphics for websites, posters, social media posts, and promotional videos shorts to advertise your brand, product, or service.
